1. Access Consult VIP referrals
2. Fill in the filters if necessary
3. Click Filter
4. See the desired link
5. Click Evaluate under Referrer, Forwarded or Receiver
6. Rate the user by clicking one of the five face options for each question
7. Click on Register Assessment
