  1. Access aRepayer ENTERPRISE
  2. Access EMPLOYEE EVALUATIONS
  3. Select your desired work location
  4. Click Continue
  5. Click EVALUATE THE COMPANY
  6. Rate the user by clicking one of the five face options for each question
  7. Click on Register Assessment
